We care for our environment and are aware of the environmental issues, pollution and scarcity of resources around the world. We are eager to create a green business on multiple levels, corporate, product and education. We apply our vision of reducing the consumption of non-renewable resources, eliminating waste, and adopting behavioral changes to support long-term sustainability by optimizing efficiency and implementing innovative solutions that improve our environmental performance. Our environmental efforts apply to both hardware and software, including eco-design, green production, logistics, and marketing to reduce carbon emission. Some of the measures include reducing manufacturing processes, conserving energy, recycling materials for production, and installing equipment to control water and air pollution.

At TUNBOW, we value our employees and believe that people are invaluable assets to the company. We not only invest in our people and provide opportunities of training and self-development, but also are determined to do this to the best of our ability. We care for our community and society; we are keen on participating and supporting different social service. To formalize all these activities, in 2010, we established trust and named as “TUNBOW Charity Foundation”. We concentrate on collaborating with other charities and non-profit making organizations to provide services where we can make a difference. Our emphasis has been and continues to be on education, medical, elderly service, innovation and relieving people in stricken areas. We support projects with monies, products and services and with the time and energy of our employees. We have been making contributions to a wide range of charity organizations, and have mobilized staff members to care for the needy. During the past years, we donated to various social welfare agencies and charitable causes.

We make efforts to hunt for people of excellent caliber to fill the professional or management vacancies. Thus, we collaborate with the local universities in Hong Kong and Mainland China to provide internship programs since 2010. Until now, we provide nearly 10 internship vacancies for local university students in both summer and year-term working opportunities. Our internship programs offer outstanding real-world opportunities for graduate and undergraduate students. We undoubtedly continue to support such internship programs organized by tertiary institutions to move our planned projects forward academically and systematically.

In addition, we endeavor to recruit management trainees every year to train them up for taking up management positions in the future in all different departments. Internally, potential talents who are current employees are offered opportunities into trainee programs for related departments. This aims to accumulate a pool of talents for future expansion and development of the company.

Apart from ordinary means such as recruitment advertisements on printed or online platform, job exhibitions in different universities are held for direct communication with the potential talents.

Additionally we partner with accredited universities, tertiary colleges to arrange visits to our offices and factories. Students are given valuable opportunities to network with our employees and get exposure to the industry.
