TUNBOW Group is delighted to be awarded the Partner Employer Award logo from The Hong Kong Chamber of Small and Medium Business, in recognition of the social responsibility and commitment to nurturing young people, and for the local young people employment or internship opportunities.

The award presentation ceremony was held at Hong Kong Design Institute and was officiated by Matthew Cheung Kin-chung, GBS, JP, the Secretary of Manpower and Welfare Bureau.   Ms. Mavis Tang represented the Group to attend the ceremony and receive the certificate of appreciation.

"Partner Employer Award" was organized by The Hong Kong Chamber of Small and Medium Business.  The aim is to encourage SMEs to employ graduates from local universities and institutions, and to provide internship opportunities and diversified career development for young graduates.  It helps the graduates develop positive working attitude and at the same time, nurture a new generation for the industry. 

TUNBOW Group takes the human-oriented approach and is committed to develop human resources.  The Group provides job opportunities for graduates every year and helps the staff to develop their talents.  In recent years, the Group has been participating and organizing a range of youth employment scheme, including "2010 Business Consulting Practicum" of the University of Hong Kong, "Co-operative Education Scheme 2011" of College of Science and Engineering of the City University of Hong Kong, "Collaborative Scheme 2011" of The Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong, "Summer Internship Scheme" of the Vocational Training Council and "Strive for Success" Short-term Business Internship Scheme 2011.  TUNBOW Group was awarded as "ERB Manpower Developer" early this year.  The Group is honoured to be awarded the "Partner Employer Award".  The Award further recognizes the Group in the creation of job opportunities and contribution to manpower development, which show the commitment in social responsibility and nurturing the youth.  The Group will keep fulfilling corporate social responsibility and provide career opportunities for different age groups.
