Continuous status as "Manpower Developer - SME" of ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme

Since TUNBOW Group was awarded “Manpower Developers – SME” in the 2nd Presentation Ceremony of “ERB Manpower Developer Scheme” by Employees Retraining Board and recognized with the “MD 1st – Grand Prize Award” in the 3rd year of the Scheme, we have successfully passed the renewal assessment and will continue to hold the status of "Manpower Developer", which acknowledges our outstanding achievement in manpower training and development.

The presentation ceremony was held on 2013 April 25 and was officiated by the Hon. Matthew Cheung Kin-chung, GBS, JP, the Secretary for Labour and Welfare Bureau.

Established by Employees Retraining Board (ERB) in 2009, “ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme” is the first award scheme to assess the level of maturity of manpower training and development strategies and practices of organizations in Hong Kong. With an ultimate aim to instill a corporate culture advocating the importance of manpower training and development, the Scheme assesses the performance in five aspects – Leading a Learning Culture, Resources Planning, Training & Development System, Performance Management and Corporate Social Responsibility in Manpower Development and acknowledge the enterprises which have demonstrated outstanding performance in manpower training and development.

TUNBOW Group takes the people-oriented approach and cares employees' personal and career development.
