In recognition of the Group's continuous commitment and outstanding practice on people development, further to the first accreditation in 2011 and renewal in 2013, TUNBOW Group had successfully renewed the award status of "Manpower Developer" under the "ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme" for another two years from April 2015 to March 2017.

The accreditation does not only demonstrate our commitment to manpower development but it also serves as a reminder for continuous effort in sustaining manpower training and development plan, which we believe will contribute to our long-term success.

First launched in 2009, the Employees Retraining Board (ERB) "Manpower Development Award Scheme" aims to acknowledge organizations' outstanding accomplishments in manpower development in accordance with a set of objective and stringent assessment criteria established by a professional consultant.
