Tunbow has participated in the "ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme" since 2011, and has been awarded for the same for 9 consecutive years. This recognizes the Group's efforts in devoting resources and enthusiasm on quality staff training over the years.

In a recent interview by the Hong Kong Economic Times, Ms. Mavis Tang, Managing Director of the Group, said the Group has always adhered to the "employee-oriented" concept, which contains three basic elements "ABC" :
l "A" stands for "Arouse", which inspires employees for continuous improvement in skills;
l "B" stands for "Brace", which encourages employees to share successful experiences for to learn together; and
l "C" stands for "Cultivate", which cultivates active communication between departments to generate the synergy of innovation.
All these elements contribute to the Group’s sustainable innovation in many aspects which in turn stands out the Group from its competitors.
