Tunbow fully understands that business development is largely driven by the continued quality services delivered by an experienced and competent workforce. It is therefore of paramount importance to proactively maintain a good employee experience for ensuring the talent pipeline for robust business performance and growth together with the employees. 

 

This year, Tunbow is conferred as a “Happy Company” under the “Work Happiness” program. This program is organized by the Hong Kong Promoting Happiness Index Foundation and executed by the Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong. It aims to enhance the sense of Hong Kong enterprises and institutions towards "Happy Workplace", promote a pleasant working environment, and increase the level of work happiness of Hong Kong people.
