Inspiring Career Insights: Workplace Visit to Tunbow by C&MA Sun Kei Secondary School
On March 28, 2025, Tunbow welcomed 28 students and teachers from Christian & Missionary Alliance (C&MA) Sun Kei Secondary School for an enriching workplace visit. This carefully designed event aimed to bridge classroom learning with real-world business applications, focusing particularly on Human Resources and International Trade, offering valuable insights to guide students’ future career plans.
The visit commenced with an official welcome at our corporate headquarters, where students received an overview of Tunbow's operations and corporate culture. The agenda featured two insightful seminars: human resources and international trade. These seminars provided practical knowledge about industry practices, challenges, and opportunities.
A highlight of the event was the interactive Q&A session. Over coffee and light refreshments, students engaged our professionals with thoughtful questions about career pathways, industry trends, and workplace expectations. This exchange was followed by an immersive tour of our facilities, where participants witnessed the contemporary working environment of a manufacturing company and had the unique opportunity to observe prototype testing in our R&D Center.
The overwhelmingly positive feedback we received speaks volumes about the event's impact. Students particularly valued the practical demonstrations and the chance to interact directly with industry practitioners. Many commented on how the experience expanded their understanding of career possibilities in the manufacturing sector.
At Tunbow, we remain committed to fostering meaningful connections between education and industry. We extend our sincere appreciation to the students of C&MA Sun Kei for their enthusiastic participation, and to their dedicated teachers for making this collaborative initiative possible. Such engagements not only benefit students in their career discernment but also allow us to contribute to the development of Hong Kong's future workforce.
