On 5th May 2026, we were delighted to welcome a group of 29 enthusiastic students and 2 teachers from Munsang College (Hong Kong Island) to Tunbow for an immersive corporate tour and career exploration event. The afternoon was designed to give young learners a behind‑the‑scenes look at how a modern manufacturing enterprise operates, from product design and procurement to headquarters management and team collaboration.

The programme took participants through three engaging sessions: a relaxed tea reception, an interactive seminar introducing the company along with procurement operations, product design, and research and development in the manufacturing industry, and an office tour where students learned about the functions of sales, finance, audit, and other departments. They also saw firsthand how corporate governance and strategic headquarters operations are managed in an open‑plan workspace. The day concluded with a lively question‑and‑answer session, a recap of key learning points, and a digital survey to capture student feedback.

The post‑event survey indicated that the event was well received, and participants valued the practical exposure to company operations and career insights. Students reported that they gained valuable insights such as the real cost in time, money and human effort required to bring a finished product to market, how different departments and teams work together to run a successful company, and a balanced view on artificial intelligence. Participants also took away practical knowledge about procurement steps, product development and company formation.
