TUNBOW supported 50th Anniversary Walk for Millions

Having been supporting The Community Chest for years, TUNBOW donates HK$ 200,000 to be one of the VIP teams participating in the "50th Anniversary Walk for Millions" organized by The Community Chest on 6 January 2019. Our Group Chairman, Dr. Charles CHAN involved as the Co-Chairman of the Walk and initiated different parties to join this meaningful activity.

Around 40 colleagues, family and friends of TUNBOW participated in the Walk. Being part of the VIP Teams, we were invited to the opening ceremony of the Walk officiated by The Honorary Mrs. Carrie Lam GBM, GBS, Chief Executive for Administration of the HKSAR Government.

The special walk started at Edinburgh Place in Central, via the new infrastructure development Central - Wan Chai Bypass, and finished at Oil Street, North Point. We took around 2 hours to finish the 5.7 km journey, with 3.7 km of it in a tunnel, we did not only get the precious experience to tried out the tunnel on foot, but also the benefit of getting physically active and walking for a good cause.
